The Managing Partners have extensive experience and relationships within the investment community including public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, consultants, fund of funds and other accredited investors.
The partners work closely with a limited number of investment managers at a given time through the various stages of their capital raise to the final close. This selectivity enables the partners to effectively communicate their client's strategy to North American limited partners.
The partners prepare or provide feedback on the Private Placement Memorandum prior to legal review. In addition, the partners create /edit the presentation, due diligence package and related marketing materials as required. The partners also provide coaching and continuous communication throughout the engagement.
